Love and Prayers for Susan

We were doubly blessed yesterday when our church commissioned us for God's Haiti mission trip during both services.  The mission-centered music was amazing, the prayer support from the congregation was so encouraging, and the sermon really touched our hearts.

In addition to that, our team got to spend the afternoon with our precious sister-in-Christ, Susan.  She welcomed us into her beautiful home where we surprised her with a heartfelt quilt created just for her.  We visited, laughed, cried, and prayed together as Susan starts her chemo therapy this week.  She will be with us in spirit, as will Shannon and Jenn, while we are ministering in Haiti from the 14th through the 21st of this month.  Shannon and Susan were already making plans for OUR NEXT TRIP TO HAITI!
